EZ-001D DOUBLE CYLINDER ROTATING BASE
Specifications for the base:
· Attaches to a skid steer or any other machine that is equipped with the Universal Quick 'Tach mounting system.
· Base weighs 430 lbs.
· 2.94" 4140 square shaft for all EZ Spot UR attachments with 3" square receiver.
· 3/4" pin for easily switching between attachments.
· Two 2.5" x 12.5" hydraulic cylinders rotate the shaft. Cylinders have a breakout force of 14,726 lbs each.
· Shaft rotates 127° to the operator's left.
· Two tapered roller bearings provide smooth rotation
· Composed of Grade 50 steel and core welded to withstand years of wear and tear.
· Comes complete with hoses, flush faced couplers, spring hose mount, and wiring harness.
· Can be adapted to fit excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers and backhoes with a special bolt-on mount.
· Base unit is the platform to attach up-to 27 different attachments.
THE BASE CAN BE PURCHASE SEPARATELY OR WITH THE CURRENTLY ATTACHED EZ-0009 ROCK & BRUSH GRAPPLE ATTACHENT.
· The Rock & Brush Grapple attaches to a skid steer or any other machine that is equipped with the Universal Quick 'Tach mounting system. · Toolhead weighs 450 lbs. Attachment weighs 882 lbs. with the Double Cylinder Rotating Base. · Rotates 127° to the operator's left when attached to an EZ Spot UR Double Cylinder Rotating Base. · Can also be attached to an EZ Spot UR Fixed Non-Rotating Base.
· Max Opening and Close:
o Opens up to 27 inches
o Closes down to 0 inches. Jaws are interlocking.
· Jaws are 43 inches wide.
· One 3" x 6" hydraulic cylinder confidently opens and closes the jaws of the attachment and ensure a solid grip throughout. Cylinder breakout force is 21,206 lbs.
· Composed of Grade 50 material or higher and core welded to withstand years of wear and tear.
· Comes complete with hoses, flush faced couplers, spring hose mount, and wiring harness.
· Can be adapted to fit excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers and backhoes*.
